I am living in Spain with regular papers as resident so I can travel, and also I could stay for long periods in Italy because I have good italian friends in Genova and Termini Imerese (PA).
Abut my sizes: regarding italian sizes I find a difficulty, my measurements of chest, waist and hips are:
94 - 75 - 75 cm;
so, the size can be 46, but on a basis of height it should be a 56 or 58.
